Do you carry the salt to where the softener is?

Yes. Carrying the salt to where the brine tank is, is one of the most loved features of the company. We do not leave the salt on the porch for someone else to carry to the basement.

Do you dump the salt into the brine tank?

Yes.

Do you clean out brine tanks?

Yes we do. Please ask for a quote.

Do you have a minimum order quantity for salt and ice melter?

We will deliver as a few as two 20kg bags

How many bags are in a skid?

For 20kg bags there are 56 in a skid, 63 for Red Out.

Does it cost extra for a reminder call or email?

No. If you don't want a reminder please indicate so at the time of your first delivery.

How long does a customer record stay in the system to receive a reminder call?

18 months.

If I call and order salt today, how long will it take for it to be delivered?

Salt ordered today will be delivered tomorrow.

How do we arrange for delivery times?

Your order will be delivered in a two hour window that is specified at the time of ordering.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Stratford and area Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-5 and other times by Special Appointment.

How do we accept payment?

Cash or Cheques are accepted upon delivery.
